Client Survey 2017
- By the end of 2017 we are aiming to have 5 Ops Managers in total – each of varying levels of experience.
- We have really seen the benefit of having an intern this year but we are also aware that when she goes we will feel the loss so this summer we are taking on a trainee from the area where we work who we will train from scratch.
- We are aiming to have 2 ops managers to have had significant experience of each show to ensure that if there is a date clash or one of our team fall ill that there is someone else in our team who has historical experience.
- We are also working more effectively within our office to ensure that our Admin Team is taking on a wider range of admin support.
Currently, each show has one operations manager, one operations assistant plus management support from myself and admin support from the Admin Team so with a bit more historical knowledge and some further depth in individuals experience we are hoping that when Phil comes to undertake our research next year we will see some really positive results.
